What we collect
We collect the account and order information you provide, including your email address, selected service options, notes, uploaded photos, payment status, and basic technical information needed to keep the service secure.
How we use your photos
We use uploaded photos only to select, edit, arrange, review, and deliver the content you requested. We do not sell your photos and do not add them to a dataset for training generative AI models.
Human review
Authorized LENQ reviewers may access an order when needed to perform quality control, respond to a revision request, or investigate a technical problem. Access is limited to people working on the service.
Retention and deletion
Original uploads and working image files are scheduled for deletion 72 hours after delivery. We may retain order records, invoices, support messages, and security logs for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and service-operation purposes.
Service providers
We may use hosting, payment, email, analytics, and image-processing providers to operate LENQ. They receive only the data needed to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing hello@lenq.com. Some records may be retained where required by law or reasonably needed for fraud prevention and dispute handling.
International processing
LENQ is offered internationally. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date above shows when the current version took effect.
