Before processing starts
If an order has not entered selection or editing, contact us promptly. We may cancel it and return the unused credits to your LENQ balance.
Completed digital work
Because completed photo selection, editing, and caption work is customized digital content that cannot be returned, successfully delivered work is not refundable. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.
Free polish round
Eligible orders include the number of polish rounds shown at checkout. A polish round adjusts the delivered work to better match the original brief; it is not a new event, new source set, or completely different creative direction.
Technical failure
If LENQ cannot complete an order because of a technical failure on our side, the credits charged for the uncompleted work will be returned automatically. Where required by law or where a credit return is not practical, we may refund the corresponding payment.
Subscriptions and credit purchases
You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge but does not normally refund a monthly or annual billing period that has already begun. Pro Annual plans are not partially refundable based on unused months or credits, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Unused subscription credits follow the expiration rules displayed for your plan. One-time credits are non-refundable after any portion of the purchased pack has been used.
