The service
LENQ provides photo selection, enhancement, arrangement, caption drafting, and related digital services. Processing may combine automated tools with human quality review.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos. You grant LENQ a limited, temporary license to store, process, edit, and deliver them solely to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Credits and subscriptions
Credits are service units, not cash or stored value. The checkout page will show the credit cost before an order begins. Monthly subscription credits refresh each billing month and expire when the applicable billing period ends unless the plan states otherwise. Pro Annual credits are issued as an annual balance and remain available until the annual renewal date. One-time purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase and are used after available subscription credits. Credits cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
Results
Photo preferences are subjective. Examples illustrate the type of service and do not guarantee an identical result. LENQ may reject content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or technically unsuitable.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times begin after successful upload and payment. They are estimates, not guarantees. A delayed order does not automatically qualify for a refund if the work can still be completed within a reasonable period.
Acceptable use
You may not use LENQ to impersonate others, create deceptive or unlawful content, exploit minors, violate privacy, interfere with the service, or upload malware.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LENQ is provided without implied warranties and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
